A Poole couple are distraught after their wedding albums were stolen by a burglar, it has been reported.

Newlyweds Carol and Richard Lilly hired a professional photographer from Bournemouth for their wedding at the Sandbanks Hotel on June 21st, stated the Dorset Echo.

However, on that same weekend, all the wedding photography disappeared when a thief stole the expert's cameras from his home.

Now, the couple are asking anyone buying a second-hand camera to keep an eye out for the disc with their wedding photo albums and have offered a £500 reward.

"We have got our memories but memories do fade," said 47-year-old Carol. "It's not until you look at photos, they can bring a smile to your face and you remember that bit."

"That's why it's so important," she added. "It was such an intimate family wedding and these photos are important to me."

Recently, Bette Midler's long-lost wedding albums were returned to her when the owner of the Las Vegas chapel where she tied the knot retired, reported the Insider.
